MEET THE TEAM
The concept of Full Circle Talent was born out of two women’s love for the beautiful game. Keah and Jasmine both love football, not only as fans, but as players for a grassroots women’s team. They have both enjoyed witnessing the growth of the women’s game and are excited about its future. They both feel passionately about ensuring the pioneers who paved the way for the successes we see today are involved in the off-field development of the game.
Keah Forino Joseph

Keah brings valuable experience from her role at the FA, where she’s played a pivotal role in driving inclusion within football, demonstrating her adeptness in building relationships across the football community. Delivering large scale events that are focused on shining light and telling the stories of marginalised communities.
Keah actively engages in learning about the history of women's football, establishing connections with pioneers in the field. Notably, Keah recently collaborated with members of the 1995 England Lionesses squad, contributing to the production of a compelling theatre piece.
Jasmine Heath
Jasmine's diverse marketing background ranges from start-ups to elite sporting environments. She understands the importance of establishing genuine connections with people. Her ability to nurture meaningful relationships is integral to her approach in growing and maintaining successful partnerships.
Jasmine is driven by a passion for growing the women's game. Whether she's introducing friends and family to the game or investing her time in voluntary services for her grassroots club, where she takes charge of their social media channels, amplifying their reach and impact in the community.
